On the matter of: Planets and how they will be represented in the Stellar Adventures Project,

The Board has decided that: Planets will not be represented at the star map, at a special gallery or map, or at any other official group place but, rather, shall be represented at a member's place should they be able to do so.

Additional conditions passed: In addition, there shall be a set minimum and maximum for the number of planets allowed in each system so as to ensure a degree of realisticness and keep things reasonable. Min/Max not determined.
